Zoosk seeks an experienced and highly motivated affiliate manager to manage the company's customer acquisition affiliate relationships and actively recruit and cultivate new high-value "super affiliate" partners that can drive significant paying customers to Zoosk's social dating applications and web site. The affiliate manager will negotiate cost per acquisition rates with affiliates and will analyze performance data to ensure positive ROI on all affiliate spending. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an affiliate manager at a large consumer web site or online agency and will already have built relationships with high-quality affiliate partners that can be leveraged by Zoosk. Candidates must understand direct-response online marketing and have expertise in customer acquisition strategies

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify and aggressively recruit new affiliates and strategic partners
  • Drive profitability through optimization of targeting, payouts and creative testing
  • Implement and drive strategies to grow revenue from affiliate partners by initiating new campaign ideas, incentives and offers

Web/Graphic Designer – Flash Specialist

Zoosk is seeking a talented and creative designer with direct-response creative development experience to help our marketing team build advertising banners, landing pages, and other marketing creative to drive adoption of Zoosk's social dating web products. This individual must possess strong and proven web design skills, and Flash expertise in particular. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience developing advertising banners and landing pages for a consumer-focused web company.

Responsibilities

  • Design Flash advertising banners and other web creative for consumer-acquisition programs
  • Work with marketing teams to test and improve creative through A/B and multivariate testing
  • Produce web site landing page templates, graphics, individual web components

Qualifications

  • At least 4+ years experience in graphic design at an agency or as an internal graphic designer
  • Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop/ImageReady, Flash, Illustrator

Business Intelligence Architect

The BI architect is responsible for the overall design, implementation, and maintenance of the all business intelligence infrastructure of the company. This individual will be responsible to take the existing business intelligence platform of the company and take it to the next level. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in designing and building data warehouses utilizing the latest Microsoft toolsets for large-scale datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and develops the business intelligence infrastructure
  • Builds SSIS packages for initial load of data and incremental loads of data
  • Manages the ETL process
  • Develops, maintains, monitors, and does performance tuning of the data mart databases

Zoosk is looking to add a Senior Software Engineer in Test who is passionate about quality and has excellent test automation experience to join our crew in San Francisco. We're looking for someone with plenty of knowledge of QA methodology, testing techniques and approaches. You will be responsible for architecting our QA environment from ground up, own the testing of multiple functionality areas of Zoosk online properties and off-site tools from the definition of test plans to their implementation, reporting and automation of the testing.

Responsibilities

  • Create a test automation infrastructure and design the product-wide test methodology
  • Create and maintain well-written test plans, test specifications and test reports
  • Design, develop and maintain test cases using PHPUnit or similar framework
  • Execute some manual testing but focus on test automation
