A written notice of cancellation (which includes your Zoosk user name and the email address used to register for the Services) must be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, or delivered to Zoosk Customer Care &#8211; Spark Networks Services, Attn: Refund Request, 3731 W South Jordan Parkway, Suite 102-405, South Jordan, UT \u00a084009 or sent by email to support@zoosk.com or by a telegram. Notice of cancellation by certified mail is effective upon the date of post marking. Delivery is effective when delivered to the address above.
