Zoosk may share certain types of information you provide to the Services, including, but not limited to, user name, age, email, postal code, device information, IP addresses, payment method and transaction information (such as amount of purchase, type of payment used, etc.), and information about your activity on the site (including profile information, messaging, and subscription information), with these third parties, such as Sift Science and others. Note that Sift Science uses machine learning technology to recognize patterns and creates a score for each user based on data received from various sources and generated based on proprietary algorithms. In addition, note that Sift Science and our other fraud detection service providers may collect, process, analyze and retain data for indefinite time periods to help their customers identify and prevent fraud. Zoosk and Sift Science are U.S. entities. Your personal information may thus not be protected by the level of data protection law as exists in the European Union or other jurisdictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can revoke your consent with effect for future sharing with Sift Science for this purpose at any time but, if so, Zoosk reserves the right to then no longer offer any services to you.
