But incorporating regular easy little gestures will help you ensure that he knows you love him, even when you\u2019re at odds or things are rough. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing that’s also important to learn is what your man\u2019s love language is. Popularized in the book <\/span>The Five Love Languages<\/span><\/i> by Gary Chapman, knowing his love language\u2014whether it be acts of service<\/a> or spending quality time together<\/a>\u2014allows you to know exactly how to keep his \u201clove tank\u201d full. If he loves getting back rubs and you\u2019re complimenting him all the time, he may not actually feel loved, even if you\u2019re doing everything you can to show him that. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pack his lunch for him.<\/strong>
\n<\/span>Again, he may be busy at work, or maybe he\u2019s been trying to stick to an intense low-carb diet and has been struggling to keep up with it on his busy days. You can give him a break by packing his lunch for him so he doesn\u2019t have to think about it. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take something off his plate.<\/strong>
\n<\/span>Men are doers, and many don\u2019t love to ask for help. As his partner, you know when he\u2019s getting stressed out or stretched too thin, so step in and see if there\u2019s a way you can help. Maybe you need to take the kids one night. Maybe he just needs you to call to make an appointment for him. You appreciate him, and you can easily show that by helping him when you can.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
