What they actually want: <\/b>healthy<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most men aren\u2019t turned on by the sight of emaciated runway model look-alikes. They don\u2019t want you to have a figure that looks weak or fragile; like one hug might break you. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, every man is <\/span>different<\/span><\/i> and attracted to different things. But generally speaking, men want a woman who looks and is healthy. If you\u2019re naturally thin, great. And if you\u2019re not, great. Don\u2019t change.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most men love it when a woman has a healthy appetite. Pretending you\u2019re not hungry, existing solely on protein shakes & salads, and being on a permanent diet isn\u2019t attractive. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know we\u2019re under immense pressure as women to look a certain way. But trust me, when you embrace your natural body and feel confident and happy within, it shows. And that\u2019s what it really means to be sexy.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What women think men want: <\/b>someone who fits their idea of a perfect woman<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What they actually want: <\/b>for you to be yourself<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can wear a mask and pretend to be someone you\u2019re not to trick someone into liking you, but eventually, they\u2019ll find out. Plus, why would you want to be anyone else? <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most men (and women) don\u2019t really know what they want until it\u2019s right in front of them. That means it\u2019s hopeless trying to get someone\u2019s attention by trying to be someone you <\/span>think <\/span><\/i>they want. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most people will agree that one of the most attractive things about a person is when they are comfortable being themselves. When they\u2019re not putting on an act, or trying to fit in. When they own their quirks, and aren\u2019t afraid to show the world who they really are. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The moral of the story? You do you. <\/span>As clich\u00e9 as it sounds, everyone else <\/span>is <\/span><\/i>taken. Seriously. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most men love it when you get dressed up, do your hair and make-up. But they also love it when you\u2019re chilling with them in sweats, with your hair pulled back in a scrunchie. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So many of us are self-conscious about the way we look – because we\u2019ve learned to be. And that can lead to being too focussed on our appearance over just relaxing and having fun.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But men don\u2019t really care if your eyeliner is perfect or you\u2019re overdue a wax, or you can\u2019t be bothered to get dressed up all the time. They much prefer it if you\u2019re relaxed and just having fun – whatever you\u2019re doing. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What women think men want: <\/b>to hang out with their friends all the time<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What they actually want: <\/b>both of you to have independence<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s no secret that most men enjoy guy time. But you probably enjoy time with your girls too, right?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most men don\u2019t want to hang out with their friends <\/span>all <\/span><\/i>the time. But equally, they don\u2019t want to hang out with you all the time either. Because neither of those is healthy. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All they really want is to <\/span>have their independence, and for you to have yours<\/span><\/a> too. And that\u2019s healthy. That\u2019s good for both of you and your relationship. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As long as he\u2019s spending enough time with you, and putting in the effort; let him enjoy guy time. Without any guilt. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What women think men want: <\/b>someone who they can rescue<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What they actually want: <\/b>a strong woman who can take care of herself<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s frustrating about old fairy tales and Disney movies is there\u2019s <\/span>always <\/span><\/i>a Damsel in distress who needs saving. And some girls learn that this is how they\u2019re meant to behave in relation to men. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

While most men will enjoy being protective and looking after you, they still want you to be able to <\/span>take care of yourself<\/span><\/a>. They don\u2019t want to be constantly worrying and fussing over you. That\u2019s exhausting and can lead to an unhealthy, dependent relationship. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
