Off the Market: Sorry R. Patz fans, and those who were looking for a Kristen Stewart reunion. It seems that Robert Pattinson is an engaged man. Rumour has it that the Twilight star is set to marry his girlfriend of five months, FKA Twigs. The big news was dropped via T-Pain, a friend of the couple’s, during an interview. The reporter stopped him and asked, “Wait, she’s engaged?” To which T-Pain replied, “Yeah, to ol’ Patty [Robert Pattinson].” He added, “I don’t know if she wanted anybody to know that.” Oops! However, the news is not totally surprising since the pair exchanged promise rings in March. Congrats to the happy couple.
By Her Side: Avril Lavigne revealed this week that she’s been recovering from Lyme Disease. However, thanks to her family, and her husband, Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger, she was able to cope through the traumatic ordeal that left her bedridden for five months. In between recording a new album and having to go on a world tour, Kroeger was at his wife’s bedside as much as possible. Though there have been rumors of marital strife between the two Canadian singers, Lavigne shrugged it off, saying, “He’s been very supportive.”
Rihanna’s Fool: Though Rihanna and Jimmy Kimmel aren’t a couple, they certainly made a cute one when the songstress stopped by on Jimmy Kimmel: Live! this week to discuss her April Fools’ Day prank on the late night host. The pair discussed and aired the gag that had the “Good Girl Gone Bad” singer waking up Kimmel in his bed to the blare of her music and the glare of colored flashlights. Kimmel was a good sport, saying of noted prankster Rihanna, that he “got off easy.” Later on the show, the two came nose-to-nose for the Twizzler Challenge, an event to raise awareness about Autism. Kimmel said it would be okay for them to kiss since his wife was in on Rihanna’s joke. Whatever you say, Jimmy!
New Couple: Mad Men might be over, but star January Jones is embarking on a new beginning…that might star SNL alum Will Forte indefinitely. The two co-star in the new FOX comedy series, The Last Man on Earth, and have reportedly been dating casually for the last few months. “He’s a good guy,” an insider tells Us Magazine, adding that the new couple is “having fun.” Jones was previously linked to Ashton Kutcher and Josh Groban. Meanwhile, Forte has never confirmed a girlfriend before.”I’m kind of under the radar,” Forte told The A.V. Club in 2010. “Not a lot of people notice me. Which is surprising, because I’m so sexy. They’re probably intimidated by my sexiness and crushability.” Well, until now.
Hot Love: Well, they say the couple who sweats together, stays together, and Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos definitely proved that this week. Consuelos guest-hosted alongside his wife on her show Live! With Kelly and Michael and showed off his fitness skills. First Lady Michelle Obama challenged him to the #GimmeFive challenge, and the former All My Children star decided to bench-press his petite wife — while she wore a pencil skirt, no less. The couple has been married since 1996, and have three children. “I really — I love my husband,” Ripa said. “I think he’s awesome. We’ve been together a long time and we try to do spicy things together all the time.” Seems to be working!
